Bio

Jay Lilly has over sixteen years of engineering experience. Fifteen of those years have been enjoyed in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. His career has been centered on heavy industrial engineering. Working with owners and other leaders of plant operations to develop projects from conceptual through to completion. Through this work he has developed a keen understanding of heavy concrete and steel design, machinery integration and support, and all aspects of project construction and job site installations. Attention to detail in this type of work is a must and has become one of his most valued qualities.
