Prudential wanted an office that would blend in with the traditional neighborhoods on James Island, Charleston, South Carolina. This two story open office area surounded by second floor work spaces.
All of the Berenyi departments helped with the design: Architecture, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture and Interior Design.
